I, 1

Even though the idea of seeing and believing in a ghost may seem absurd, most people during Shakespeare’s time did believe in them. For us, it’s like the idea of a UFO. Do you believe in the supernatural? Have you or anyone you have known ever seen or claimed to have witnessed some kind of supernatural being? Explain the circumstances surrounding it.

I dont believe in ghosts or anything supernatural but I have a friend who told me about ghosts in his house. One day when he was the only one home he heard how someone was eating in the kitchen but when he went to see what was it it stopped just as he opened the door, and this has happened more than once.

  2. Few are the ones who can say that supernatural really exists. I think that there must be something out there besides us; but I don’t know for certain if there ghosts. A friend tells me a whole bunch of stories that happened to her family members, in this weird spooky ranch they have. I have asked her family and all of them assure me that it really happened. But, they could just be mental allusions, that we make up from all those movies and fears we have. However, how could more than one person see or pretend to see, the same thing. Is it a real not living thing they see or just a large family joke been made to me and a whole bunch of other people. Since I could just make a big story about this imaginary thing that happened and claim it real and people would buy that. Who knows maybe one day I will see something and really claim to have sensed the unknown.

I do not believe in the supernatural but I probably would begin to believe in the supernatural if I were ever to experience it at first hand. I do not think those who have seen the supernatural, or at least claim to have, to be crazy. Though if they are traumazited freaking out, having completely lost their minds, they are probably psychologically scarred and literally insane and beginning to have delusions. I have yet to experience the supernatural and I doubt I ever will but it would be nice to experience it at least once.

  4. The idea of humans, being the only force on earth seems, more absurd to me than UFO´S. Im not saying supernatural is most frequent. Although , I do believe in spirits and a sort of mystical vibe surrounding everything and everyone. I don´t have any stories about encountering a terrible phantom. But I have relatives who do. My grandfather told me that whenever he went on vacation to his aunt´s house, where she had died, he experienced some of the most akward situations, such as turning the shower on and off as well as lights, and banging on the walls. It may be mental or phsycological but the existance of an spiritual world on earth, for me is undeniable.

  5. I dont believe in UFOs or in the supernatural, but I do know two people that claimed to have seen ghosts. I find this hard to believe because I have never seen any myself so I dont believe they exist. One friend said that in his house he used to see a girl at night. One time his sister took a picture of the room at night to see if they could see it and something that looked like a girls face was next to the window. I think its pure coincidence that it looks like a face. Another friend said that he saw a ghost in a golf course at night, and I find this even harder to believe because theres not even a picture of it.

  6. I do believe in the supernatural because I have personally been a witness of it. One day I was all alone in my house and it was getting really late, it was about 3 in the morning and I was in my laptop when I heard something scratching a door, then I saw a white like dog inside my mothers room passing by. I first thought it was my little dog, but when I called her, she was in another part of the house. I totally freaked out and later that day I told my mother about the incident. She told me that it could have been our first dog "Hans". My mother says he is still roaming around the house because he was to attached to us and is not able to move on.

  7. I think that people who believe in supernatural and UFO's maybe have a very good reason why they do so. Maybe they have witnessed something that really impacted them or who knows, I am not a person who can really tell you because I haven't experienced anything similar to them before. Therefore, I do not believe in UFO's and the supernatural, but I will keep my mind open in case something occurs that makes me change my mind. I think I need to see it with my own eyes to believe in something like that.

  8. I do belive in the supernatural and in the UFO. I think that we are not the only planet with life and that spirits are a form of energy. I think that each person has a vibe and energy which is released and can be preserved in a specific place where the person spent most of his time. Then this energy can be felt by people with abilities. But i dont believe that spirits reveal themselves as humans but as body of light (energy) then this bodies with the energy they carry are able to move things. I have heard many stories from friends and from my family about noises and things being moved around like drawers being opened and closed or the t.v turing on .
The supernatural is something that really amazes me eventhough i have never experienced any of it.
It is something unknown and i think that is why many of us are afraid of it.

I've heard about supernatural, tough, i have never witnessed someting paranormal. If ghosts stories that include fantasy that many consider "fantasy" as something that will not bee seen nor encounter. How could people have started something like ghosts without having an experience about it. I'm not saying that i have belif nor disbelief, i'll go by my path and just have paranolmal happenings highlited in my life, it could happen or not.

I have never had a friend that has been a witness of paranormaity, but i have heard of people that they have been inthose situations. Suspence and being frightened to the undicovered and the unknown.

  10. I do believe in the supernatural because I have witness, the unknown. One day my cousin came running back to our house. He told that he saw an alien untop of Santanita. At the beginning we thought that he was lying, but he was in shocked and he was shaking so we decided to take a look. The next day, In night, me and all the men in my family went to the top of Santanita. After a few hours we started to see UFOs in the sky. We took pictures and we went back to our home. We couldent believe what we just saw, but the evidence was there. THe pictures were real.

  11. The idea of the supernatural seems ridiculous to me, but I do believe in UFO and aliens, for there has to be something else out there. I don’t believe in ghosts, because I believe that when someone dies they won’t spend the rest of eternity scaring others, when they could happily rest in peace. I did not always believe this. When I was little, around eight or nine-years-old, I had this clown mask my mother bought me for Halloween. It didn’t look like a good clown at all. The clown had really angry eyes, he was bold except for 3 red hairs he had in the center of the head, and he had a tiny smile which made him look as if he knew something I didn’t, but the worst of all was his skin. His skin wasn’t white, it was normal colored skin, which meant that it wasn’t a human head dressed up as clown, but it was a clown clown. Anyways, I discovered that when I threw the mask up in the air, it always landed facing towards me, which sounds really dumb. I was nine, and I was scared about the “haunted” mask which wouldn’t stop looking at me, so I threw it in the trash without telling anyone. Around three months later, I opened one those drawers I never open, and surprise! The mask was there. I was so freaked out then, that I took one of my hockey sticks and beat up the mask. Then I threw it once more, this time on to my neighbor’s backyard. I didn’t like my neighbor, and I thought that the mask would stop haunting me, and it would haunt someone else. I haven’t seen the mask since then. It is logical to think that the mask returned when someone picked it up from the trash, but if I ever saw it again, I would start believing in the supernatural.

  12. People who believe in the supernatural on these days can be considered insane. Most of us don´t believe in what they say, but I do. I do believe in the supernatural, because there´s has to be more life in the universe than humans. The universe is gigantic, Earth is a small fraction of our galaxy and there are millions of galaxies. I also believe in ghosts, because I am sure that they stay on Earth because they have unfinished buisness or want to seek revenge for what they lived. Thanks G-d, I haven´t presenced UFO´s or ghosts, I don´t know anybody who have seen them in their life.

  13. Well i do believe that there is a force beyond us but as in UFOs or ghost im not mch of a believer. I have friends how tell me they see supposed figures and allucinations, but the real factual data that ive seen has been a picture of a coupkle of cousins in a soccer field and in one corner you can see three little kids like radiating a blue light its really weird. I do think that in shakespeares time the circumstances and less knowledge allowed a much broader perception of abnormalities.

  14. supernatural... i dont excactly know if this means just ghosts or monsters or UFOS, but i do believe in something kind of supernatural, which is some kind of force that people leave when they die, i have also heard many stories, and i think they are all fake just to make movies more popular. some videos make me think a lot, and i believe that some people have just nothing to do. the kind of supernatural that i belive in is people that have some kind of power, either gifted or levitation, who knows, but i dont consider UFOS supernatural because they might just be another people or whatever out there just like us, ghosts are a little bit more hard, i believe in the kind of ghosts that apear in dreams or energies, i dont believe in the kind that come and scare you, but anyways this is my perpective os "supernatural", it is used to make money...

  15. I do not believe in the supernatural, I normally don't believe in anything i cannot see with my own eyes and since I haven't seen any of that yet, I will remain without believing. Although, it would probably would be a lot more fun if I did because I actually used to believe in that kind of stuff, specially spirits, and it used to be fun. If i would've lived in the time of Shakespeare, thing would be different though, without scientific explanation I would be left with no choice but believing.

  17. There are good arguments on both sides of this coin. However, all you really need to do is think about our place in the universe: our solar system is nothing but a micro-scopic spec whilst viewing the universe from far away; and to consider ourselves the only sentient beings in existance is to be closed-minded. I'm open minded to the concept of all that is supernatural; yet I'm also aware that we are only infants in knowledge and awareness of this plane of existance in which we dwell in, and that we have no right to safely assume the non-existance of the supernatural and unexplained. Seeing is beleiving? Heck, if that's true you might as well say that the back of your head doesn't exist.
